Art Club FAQ
-
How does it work?
The Quiet City is an ongoing illustrated Tarot project. This Art Club is a way to participate and receive the story piece by piece, in my own slow pace. As a member, you'll receive mail from me once a month. It includes a new Tarot Art Print, and a letter with context about the card's meaning, and self-reflective questions for you.
-
What's the difference between a Regular and a Founder Membership?
Founders will get their Art Prints signed by me, and also receive an extra item each month. This could be postcards, stickers, and other special treats. In both memberships you can select to either start with the very first Tarot card, or join with the latest one.
-
Can I change my address or pause my membership?
Yes, you can manage your subscription and change your address any time over here! Here you will able be able to cancel/pause whenever you like.
-
When will my letters be sent out?
New letters will always go out at the beginning of a month. If you subscribe before the 1st of a new month, you'll be included in that month's cycle. After that, you'll receive the following month's letter. You're never charged twice for one month, 1 payment = 1 letter always.
-
Can I buy someone a gift membership?
Of course! During checkout, you can include a different billing and shipping address. In case the address of the giftee changes, you can do the adjustment in your profile.
-
How long does shipping take?
Regular letter mail run times can vary a lot, but mail within Europe usually takes around 1-2 weeks, worldwide around 2-4 weeks. Please note that due to customs holdups, the shipping time to the US can vary a lot at the moment.
-
Are there tracked shipping options?
At this point, I'd like to keep the mailing club as affordable and straightforward as possible. Worldwide shipping is always included, but I only send everything by regular mail.
-
Can I catch up on previous Prints?
The Quiet City Tarot project will be divided into seasons. Once season 1 is completed, you will be able to buy all 9 prints as a package.
